When we find ourselves facing that ugly beast, it's typically because we're dwelling over something that happened in the past or we're trying to anticipate and control something in the future. And both of those scenarios usually lead us to a ton of WHAT IF thinking. (Again, ask me how I know!)

Friend.
Don't dwell on the past.
Don't try to anticipate or control the future.
Try your best to live in each moment.....
.....the one happening right fucking now.

Try asking WHAT IS instead of what IF.
And then LET THAT SHIT GO. 🖤
