I don't know about you but I have mantras for ever

I don't know about you but I have mantras for everything.

Seriously.

All. The. Things.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been feeling stressed. No specific thing....you know, the little things we just let pile up and before we know it, we've got one giant ball that's turned into a big thing.

So....just in case you've been feeling stressed too, I'm gonna share my top 5 mantras for STRESS!

🖤 All situations are temporary! Nothing lasts forever. We know this intellectually. Plants die. Buildings collapse. Tires go flat. Hot cups of coffee go cold. Everything is always in transition.

🖤 There is no wrong decision. When you've done a gazillion pro/con lists, and you've flipped coins hoping that you'll know which choice is the one you want before the coin hits the ground ...you need to know that there is no such thing as the wrong decision.

🖤 You've survived all the difficult moments of your past. Seriously. Take a moment and just let that sink in.

🖤 Be still and know. We have to focus. Focus on one moment. And find joy in that stillness.

🖤 Trust the guidance of the universe. Ask for guidance. And then choose to believe that whatever you're dealing with is being worked on by an entity bigger than yourself. Choose to believe that where you are is okay and that you are enough.

The biggest mistake you can make is to be afraid of making one.

Go on and read that again. I'll wait.

That "perfect timing" or magical moment you're waiting on to tell you "you're ready...now is the time" probably isn't coming. (But wouldn't it be nice if it did!?)

It's okay to be afraid.
It's okay to be nervous.
It's okay even to feel like you have no idea what you're doing.
And it's definitely okay to make a mistake.

Step out of your comfort zone.
Start leaning into all the good stuff you know you deserve.
And welcome all the mistakes. 🖤
